Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has secured a rare private equity partner hire for its London office.
Rebecca Ward joins Freshfields from Dickson Minto, a boutique firm specialising in private equity, where she spent 17 years as a lawyer, including the last nine years as a partner.
