An experienced international litigator from Squire Patton Boggs in Santo Domingo and a former Dechert arbitration specialist have joined forces to form a disputes boutique focused on Latin America.
Stephan Adell, who left the partnership at Squire Patton Boggs Peña Prieto Gamundi in March, will run Adell & Merizalde’s office in the Dominican Republic. Fellow founder Juan Felipe Merizalde will steer a team based in Colombia.
