Mishcon de Reya has fought off a professional negligence claim brought by Aurium Real Estate London Ultra Prime in the High Court in London.
Aurium had claimed that it incurred damages as a result of negligent legal advice from Mishcon, and brought a claim for £50 million plus interest.
