U.K. law firm BDB Pitmans partner Jonathan Brinsden has been fined £2,000 and ordered to cover the £1,350 costs of the investigation by the Solicitors Regulation Authority for client account misconduct.

During work on the administration of charitable trusts between 2014 and 2016, Brinsden used the firm's client account for transactions for two charitable trusts until the clients' bank accounts could be opened.
