Dentons Boosts Milan Banking Practice With McDermott Double Hire

Dentons has hired two lawyers, including one partner, from McDermott Will & Emery to complement its real estate finance offering.

Pierandrea Bonali joins the firm after five years at McDermott, where he made partner in in Milan in 2020. He also practised at global law firm King & Wood Mallesons, the Italian firm Studio Legale Associato and Allen & Overy prior to that, according to his LinkedIn profile. Bonali specialises in advises clients in the banking, financial and real estate industry.
