U.S. President Joe Biden's visit to Saudi Arabia on Friday sees a critical bilateral relationship standing at an important cross-roads.
Simplistic assessments of the President's trip to the region have underlined the significance of Saudi Arabia increasing oil output in order to drive down gasoline prices in America, while Riyadh is keen to put behind it accusations that Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman's young age, at 36, has led to impetuous—and sometimes rash—decision making.
