International heavyweights Clifford Chance and Norton Rose Fulbright are advising on opposite sides of an M&A deal involving the sale of renewable energy company Lekela Power by global investor Actis and Mainstream Renewable Power.
Mainstream signed an agreement to sell Lekela Power to Egypt's Infinity Group and Africa Finance Corporation (AFC), according to statements issued by both the buyers and the sellers.
