White & Case partner Jamie Franklin has moved from the firm's Singapore office to Houston, Texas, expanding the energy team in that office. which has doubled its lawyer head count since early 2021.
Franklin, who has liquefied natural gas expertise, joined the Houston office Aug. 1 in the global project development and finance practice and the U.S. Energy Industry Group. He is an English-qualified lawyer who also previously practiced in London.
