Belgium-headquartered Van Bael & Bellis (VBB) is expanding its transactions team with the hire of partner and head of DLA Piper's corporate M&A practice group in Brussels, alongside four other junior lawyers.
Caroline Daout is joining VBB as a corporate M&A partner along with senior associates Virginie Lescot and Cedric Hauben and associates Jens Westerwoudt and Charles-Antoine du Bus, according to the firm's announcement.
