The zoom call was maxed out. No one else could get on. It was shortly after the shocking murder of Sarah Everard in London in March 2021 and U.K. law firm Fieldfisher had called a firm-wide meeting.
One of the firm's most senior partners, Jill Greenfield, head of the catastrophic injury department, began the sombre call, but did something surprising. She started sharing some of her own personal stories.
