Travers Smith has introduced a formalised menopause policy, becoming the latest law firm to take steps to address the issue.
The firm is introducing external support measures such as counseling from health care providers such as Axa, as well as the formal launch of the firm’s ‘in-house’ menopause network group, according to its announcement on Tuesday, which is also World Menopause Day.
