Courts in the Australian state of Victoria should tackle "open secrets" and identify judges who are known or suspected by staff to engage in sexually inappropriate conduct or bullying, a court-commissioned report has found.
The report by retired judge Julie Dodds-Streeton KC on how to prevent sexual harassment also recommended that judges who sexually harass associates should be given additional training and be denied chambers staff, but said they are less likely to be dismissed.
