Clyde & Co’s former senior partner, Simon Konsta, is set to leave the firm to join U.K. rival DAC Beachcroft, according to one person with knowledge of the situation.
Konsta, an insurance partner, was most notably senior partner at Clyde & Co from 2016 to 2019. During his time at the firm, he was part of the global professional and financial dispute resolution practice, and headed up the insurance practice at one point.
