Winston & Strawn has made its first London lateral partner hire for more than a year, tapping Addleshaw Goddard for a head of its U.K. restructuring and insolvency practice.
Paul Fleming joins the U.S.-headquartered firm as it looks to build its counter-cyclical capabilities in the U.K. capital.
