Accountancy giants PwC and KPMG have kicked off the new year with key hires.
KPMG Law is expanding its German corporate law/M&A practice with the hire of partner Roland Hens from rival PwC Legal for its Cologne office. Meanwhile, PwC Legal has claimed M&A lawyer Tobias Koppmann from McDermott Will & Emery as partner for its Munich office.
