Spain’s Cuatrecasas has absorbed Mexican firm Rico, Robles y Libenson, boosting its head count in Mexico to more than 50 people.
The integration comes on the heels of the firm’s aggressive hiring in Colombia and Chile, two other markets in Latin America where Cuatrecasas has offices. The firm is also in Peru.
