As 2023 begins, law firms around the world are celebrating and releasing their list of new partners. Partnership is a goal for many young lawyers but the road to the top is not always smooth or easily understood. Law.com International interviewed a handful of newly minted Canadian Big Law partners to get their take on how to succeed through the associate years to get that golden ring.
