Brazilian full-service firm Lefosse has landed another seasoned partner for its compliance, investigations and white-collar practice to help with a growing number of regulatory and compliance matters.
Marcelo Ribeiro joins from Brazil’s Federal Public Prosecutor’s Office, where he handled complex cases covering various aspects of corporate criminal law over the course of 16 years at the agency. He will be based in the Brazilian capital of Brasília and the business center of São Paulo.
