DLA Piper has stepped in to guide U.K. airline Flybe through its latest administration, as the Birmingham-headquartered company ceases trading. It is the second administration process for struggling airline Flybe. The latest process is being undertaken by administrators Interpath, which confirmed in a statement on January 28 that the vast majority of the airline's 321 employees would be made redundant with immediate effect, while a skeleton staff team would be retained to assist with the administration process, as well as any possible future sales.
