Australian law firm Johnson Winter Slattery has filed class actions against vehicle makers Hyundai and Kia, alleging that both companies knowingly sold defective engines.
The class actions, the latest of several against vehicle makers in Australia, are backed by London-headquartered litigation funder Woodsford.
