DLA Piper has hired a former Justice of the Federal Court of Australia as an advisor to large public and private sector clients on investigations, class actions and inquiries.
John Middleton KC, who served on the court for 16 years and retired in December, will be based in the Melbourne office of DLA Piper, which is trying to raise its profile in Australia.
