A former Gowling WLG lawyer will face the U.K.’s Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) over allegations including inappropriate touching and sexualised conduct while in a position of authority at the firm.

Oliver Bretherton, formerly of Gowling, now a partner at Gunnercooke, faces allegations that relate to his conduct towards three people while in a position of seniority. The three people are identified in the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s (SRA) decision only as Persons A, B, and C.
