U.S.-founded law firm Sullivan & Cromwell has hired an Allen & Overy partner in London, in a very rare lateral hire to its U.K. base.
Karan Dinamani acts for private equity houses and other financial sponsors, and joins the U.S. firm's U.K. and European private equity practice.
