Clark's exit comes at a difficult time for the law firm, which has to date failed to publish its audited accounts for the previous financial year, having delayed publication six times.

Listed U.K. law firm Ince Group's senior partner Julian Clark is leaving the firm, with the role set to be scrapped.
A spokesperson for the firm said that Clark's three year agreement as senior partner ends in April, and that "following his departure, the role of senior partner will be phased out".
