Staff can now get five weeks' annual leave as the firm aims to 'prioritise their mental, physical and emotional wellbeing'.

Dentons is offering its Australia employees an extra five days of annual leave to encourage staff to recharge.
The additional days off bring the annual leave entitlement for Dentons employees to five weeks. Employees who have 10 or fewer days of annual leave balance and over 12 months of service as of April 30, will qualify for the five bonus leave days on 1 July, to be used that financial year.
