A former Irwin Mitchell employee has been prohibited from working in the legal industry by the Solicitors Regulation Authority after she purported to act as a legal representative for an acquaintance.
Rachel Saunyama, who worked for the firm between 2013 and 2022 as a "client experience expert", was not a lawyer at the outfit.
