U.K. top 50 law firm Shakespeare Martineau has expanded its company secretarial expertise with the addition of a business consultancy business.
The outfit has added London based Bruce Wallace Associates, which comprises a team of five, including co-founders and directors Susan Wallace and Martha Bruce.
