Baker McKenzie has added former Clifford Chance counsel, Sheng Chen, to its capital markets bench in Hong Kong. Chen joins Baker McKenzie as a registered foreign lawyer, which the firm says holds an equivalent status to its partners in Hong Kong.
Chen is a capital markets and U.S. securities advisor, acting on both equity and debt capital markets offerings.
