A former Latham & Watkins London employee has been banned from the profession by the Solicitors Regulation Authority after pleading guilty on counts of sexual offences relating to children.
Howard Ellis, employed as a workplace experience specialist by Latham for 10 years until 2022, was sentenced last summer at Woolwich Crown Court to 10 months imprisonment and placed under the terms of a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
