The 2023 Am Law 100: Ranked by Profits Per Equity Partner
While still well above historical norms, equity partners at the 100 largest law firms in the country brought home less, on average, in 2022 than they did in 2021.

After soaring profits in 2021 on the back of skyrocketing corporate work, the Am Law 100 came back down to reality in 2022 with a decline in profits per equity partner of 3.7%.
