Watson Farley & Williams has hired a partner for its disputes practice in Australia. Nathan Eastwood joins the firm from Clifford Chance in Sydney, where he was a counsel.
Eastwood acts on cross-border litigation and arbitration matters, specialising in claims against foreign governments under investment treaties and free trade agreements. He also advises on regulatory frameworks pertaining to emerging sectors including deep seabed mining and space.
