A large number of corporate law firms in Australia are backing a historic national referendum that will ask Australians to vote on whether the nation's Indigenous peoples, known as First Nations, should be recognized in the Constitution.
A "yes" vote would recognize Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders in the Constitution and create an Indigenous body to advise the Parliament on policies and projects relating to Indigenous peoples. The referendum has been referred to as the "Voice."

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
