Withers and Singapore disputes firm Drew & Napier are representing over 150 Asian investors in lawsuits against the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). Investors are challenging the write down of $17 billion worth of Additional Tier-1 (AT1) bonds issued by Credit Suisse.
Last week, Drew & Napier become the first law firm to represent Asia-based investors collecting filing claims in the Swiss Courts against FINMA. The firm is acting for 60 investors across Asia. Firm directors Mahesh Rai and Benedict Teo are leading the charge.
