Allens, Sidley, KWM, Davis Polk Advise on $10.6B Lithium Merger

Australian corporate law firm Allens and U.S.-headquartered Davis Polk & Wardwell are advising lithium producer Livent in its merger with Australia’s Allkem, another lithium producer.

Allkem and Philadelphia-headquartered Livent have agreed to combine in an all-stock merger of equals valuing the combined company at $10.6 billion.
