Each year, ALM and Law.com Compass conduct our Mental Health Survey of the Legal Profession, tracking the well-being of lawyers and staff at law firms of any size, anywhere in the world. The data points below highlight some key findings from the 2023 survey, which tracked responses from nearly 3,000 people. The data is also positioned against prior year information to demonstrate the shifts over a time period that spans pre- and post-pandemic. An analysis of the full results can be found here. The full data set can be found on Law.com Compass.
