Domestic Singapore law firm CNPLaw has become the country’s first practice to join Andersen Global, an international association of independent tax and legal practices founded in 2013.
CNPLaw is a mid-sized firm with almost 30 partners advising across a wide range of practices areas including mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, employment, intellectual property, restructuring and insolvency, private clients and real estate. The firm is led by managing partner Lisa Theng, who has worked there for almost two decades.
