Year-round, large law firms across the U.K. are keen to highlight their multifaceted diversity endeavours and in June, throughout pride month, are especially eager to spotlight LGBTQ+ efforts.

While firms continue to implement policies geared towards creating supportive workplaces, the proportion of those who identify as LGBTQ+ in the profession does not appear to have risen in the last year, with no improvement either at the partnership, or associate level since 2022.
