The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) has hired the executive chair of Australian firm Clayton Utz as its new general counsel.
Karen O'Flynn will replace current general counsel Carmel Mulhern at Australia's largest bank when Mulhern leaves to pursue a career as a company director.
