Business leaders and advisers anticipate that mergers and acquisitions in Latin America will rise over the next two years as global investors seek out growth opportunities, according to a recent survey.
KPMG surveyed 400 business leaders who have been involved in M&A investments worth more than $50 million over the past five years. The results of the survey, conducted in March and April, were released this month.
