K&L Gates has appointed Jason Opperman to lead its Australian offices as the term of current Australian leader Nick Nichola comes to an end.
Opperman is a highly regarded, market-leading lawyer in the areas of insolvency and workouts who recently has served as a leader of both the firm’s restructuring and insolvency practice group and broader finance practice area, K&L Gates said in a statement.
