Weil, Gotshal & Manges and DLA Piper have advised Japan's global marketing and advertising corporation Dentsu Group on the completion of its acquisition of U.K.-based global content production group Tag Worldwide Holdings Ltd. (Tag) from global private equity firm Advent International.
