Davis Polk & Wardwell and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett guided Mexican industrial property Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta as it raised $445.6 million via an initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange.
Davis Polk advised the company, while Simpson Thacher advised the underwriters.
