More details have emerged about Ropes & Gray's move to a mandatory four days a week in the office this fall, as the firm confirmed the new schedule also applies to associates in the firm's London and Dublin offices, and said lawyers in Asia offices have returned to pre-pandemic norms, which was five days a week.
