Big Six Korean law firm Yoon & Yang has further strengthened its antitrust and competition practice with the hire of Hee Jae Lee, who was most recently director of the consumer transaction policy at the Korea Fair Trade Commission, as a partner in Seoul.
Lee, who has joined Yoon & Yang after having served at the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) for almost two decades, specializes in all areas of antitrust and competition law including cartel, dominance, subcontracting and franchise business.
