Clifford Chance has strengthened its M&A practice in Hong Kong with the hire of Linklaters' partner, Alex Bidlake.
Having started her legal career as an associate at Simmons & Simmons in 2003 in London and Hong Kong respectively, Bidlake has more than 18 years of experience advising financial and strategic investors on public and private M&A transactions across Asia. Qualified in Hong Kong and the U.K., Bidlake joined Linklaters in 2008 and was made partner in 2016.
