K&L Gates has added a new partner in Hong Kong. Technology lawyer Paul Haswell has joined the Pittsburgh-headquartered firm from Seyfarth Shaw, where he was the head of the firm's regional technology practice.
Qualified in the U.K. and Hong Kong, Haswell has been based in Hong Kong for more than a decade.
