Osborne Clarke has opened an office in Miami—the U.K. firm's third office in the U.S.
The firm has hired a former Bird & Bird Madrid managing partner, Javier Fernández-Samaniego, to lead the office. He currently heads SAMANIEGO Law, an alternative Ibero-American law firm specializing in dispute resolution and technology law.
