CMS has expanded its Hong Kong offering with a team of four lawyers including partner, Adrian Elms.

Most recently a counsel at DLA Piper in Hong Kong, where he has practiced for over two decades, Elms advises on contentious regulatory work, acts on insolvency-related litigation, as well as shareholder and general commercial disputes. He acts for organisations on investigations conducted by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the Independent Commission Against Corruption, and the Commercial Crimes Bureau.
