Anderson Mori & Tomotsune and TMI Associates, two of Japan’s largest law firms, have been advising on Japanese motor maker Nidec Corp’s $112.7 million acquisition of Takisawa Machine Tool Co Ltd via a tender offer, according to a September 21 press release issued by Nidec.
Nidec has mandated TMI Associates as legal counsel on the tender offer, according to a July 13 press release by the Japanese motor maker.
