Another lawyer has left PwC Legal in Australia, becoming at least the seventh to depart the global accounting giant in the wake of its tax advice scandal.
Samantha Smart, a director in PwC’s legal practice, joins Squire Patton Boggs as a corporate partner in Perth. Her new job marks a return to Squire Patton Boggs, where she was a senior associate and of counsel for seven years until she joined PwC in 2018.
